A very thin, subtle layer of armor worn under clothing. The same thickness as an undershirt, it doesn’t provide great protection, but it can mean the difference between a killing shot and a wound. Many military uniforms incorporate a synthetic weave. Synthetic weave does not protect against blunt damage.
