Waydyne-Eastlight originally developed this powerful but unusual weapon as part of an employee design competition, and its designation is that of its designer, Westrow Cassavo, a lowly Technician, 2nd Grade. It projects a "ball" of sonic energy, which explodes in a loud clap of thunder in a confined area limited to the target.
