You can get hold of one of these bio-prototypes fairly easily in most gun shops. Created by Megadyne Corporation shortly before its financial collapse, this weapon was intended for police use. It was never quite potent enough to catch on, although it had remarkable range for a pistol, and Megadyne never got chance to iterate the model. However, it does have something of a pop-culture cache.
